Add user on the Web and Application

To add a new employee, there are multiple ways such as directly adding them, sending an invitation for them to join, or importing data from a file.

Web

Step 1: Choose Employees → Create

Step 2: Choose Creation options

●  Add employee: You only need to enter the name of the employee to quickly create. If you also enter the phone number and email of the employee, they can log in from this phone number or email through the OTP code sent. 

●  Import file → New employee list: This method allows you to add many employees at once. You download the template file to your computer and update the information in the template file. Then you upload this file. 

●  From invitation link: With this method, you need to send this link to the person being invite. You can also send it to chat groups for others to sign up. With this option, you need to approve the email and information of the invited person for their account to be activated. 

Application

Step 1: Choose More  → Manage Settings → Employees 

 

 

Step 2: Choose + button

Step 3: Choose 1 of these option 

  • Add employee: You only need to enter the name of the employee to create them quickly. If you also enter their phone number and email, they can log in using these details with an OTP code sent to them. 
  • Add employee from your contact: To add an employee from your phone book, you need to grant access to your contact. This way, you can add their information and phone number. 
  • From invitation link: With this option, you need to send the link to the invited person. You can also send it to chat groups for others to sign up. With this option, you need to approve the email and information of the invited person for their account to be activated.
