GPS Clocking:
Steps:
Step 1: Choose Avatar → Setting.
Step 2: Choose Attendance → Mobile.
Step 3: Choose the GPS → Create to create a new GPS.
Note: If you want to create multiple GPS attendance locations, you can Import File. The information to be filled in includes:
Name: You can name the attendance location, such as Office Name or Branch Name.
Address: This is the address used for attendance. You can enter the address and the system will suggest based on the addresses you enter. Or you can enter the location based on coordinates. If your attendance location is your current location, choose Get Current Location.
Radius: This is the radius allowed for attendance based on the address. It means attendance can be clocked within a radius you set.
Main Branch: This location applies to which main branch.
Sub-branch: This location can apply to other sub-branches.
Department: This location can apply to which department.
Wifi Attendance:
Steps:
Step 1: Choose Avatar → Setting.
Step 2: Choose Attendance → Mobile.
Step 3: Choose the Wifi tab and click on Create.
Note: If you want to create multiple Wifi attendance locations, you can Import a File. The following information needs to be filled in:
Name: You can set the name of the attendance location, such as Office name, branch name.
BSSID: The MAC address of the Wifi.
Main branch: This location is applied to which main branch.
Sub-branch: This location can be applied to other sub-branches.
Department: This location can be applied to which department.
Attendance based on Wifi name: Employees only need to access the correct Wifi name, but there is a risk that employees may create Wifi hotspots on their phones with the same name as the Wifi used for attendance.
Attendance based on Wifi name and BSSID: When combining Wifi name and BSSID, it ensures that employees have to connect to the correct Wifi 100%. However, after a period of time, the BSSID of some routers may change and need to be reconfigured.
QR Code Attendance:
Steps:
Step 1: Choose Avatar → Setting.
Step 2: Choose Attendance → Mobile.
Step 3: Choose the QR tab and click on Create.
Note: If you want to create multiple GPS attendance locations, you can Import a File. The following information needs to be filled in:
Name: You can set the name of the attendance location, such as Office name, branch name.
Main branch: This location is applied to which main branch.
Sub-branch: This location can be applied to other sub-branches.
Department: This location can be applied to which department.
Share location: When scanning QR Code, location still needs to be shared.
After clicking create, a QR code will be generated and you can print and paste this QR code on the wall. Employees need to scan this QR code for attendance
