Creating Tasks by Project, Department, Campaign

Tanca provides various task management templates for departments and teams within the company. Companies can use these templates as references for managing tasks, projects, or operations in their businesses. All employees can easily participate in tasks based on these available templates. You can also create your own templates to customize fields as needed. The options for creating a project include: • Blank Project: You can create your own project and select default views as needed. • Use Template: Companies can use these available templates as references for task management. • Import spreadsheet: Tanca supports customers to upload projects to the system using pre-existing Excel templates.

Creating Tasks using Templates

Steps:

Step 1: Choose Tasks

Step 2: Choose New project

Step 3: Create a new project →  Use a Template.

Step 4: Choose a project template that is suitable for the type of project you want to create → Choose Use template to complete

 

Entering Project Information

Steps:

Step 1: Choose Tasks

Step 2: Choose New project

Step 3: Create a new project → Import spreadsheet

Step 4: Enter the Project Name, Branch, Department, Employee belonging to this project. 

Step 5: Download the Template File (step 1) and enter the information.

Step 6: Upload this file in step 2 → Import to complete.

Note: You can also click Cancel and start over if you encounter any issues with your operation.

Creating a New Project

Steps:

Step 1: Choose Tasks

Step 2: Choose New project

Step 3: Create a new project → Blank Project

Step 4: Enter the Project Name, Default view, Branch, Deparment.

Step 5: Create to complete

Completing a Project

Steps:

Step 1: Choose Tasks

Step 2: Choose a project.

Step 3: Click on the arrow next to the project name and choose Archive Project.

Note: You can unarchive a project if desired. To view completed and archived projects, click on Show Archived Projects in the left-hand menu of the project list.
