Creating Tasks using Templates
Steps:
Step 1: Choose Tasks.
Step 2: Choose New project.
Step 3: Create a new project → Use a Template.
Step 4: Choose a project template that is suitable for the type of project you want to create → Choose Use template to complete.
Entering Project Information
Steps:
Step 1: Choose Tasks.
Step 2: Choose New project.
Step 3: Create a new project → Import spreadsheet.
Step 4: Enter the Project Name, Branch, Department, Employee belonging to this project.
Step 5: Download the Template File (step 1) and enter the information.
Step 6: Upload this file in step 2 → Import to complete.
Note: You can also click Cancel and start over if you encounter any issues with your operation.
Creating a New Project
Steps:
Step 1: Choose Tasks.
Step 2: Choose New project.
Step 3: Create a new project → Blank Project.
Step 4: Enter the Project Name, Default view, Branch, Deparment.
Step 5: Create to complete
Completing a Project
Steps:
Step 1: Choose Tasks.
Step 2: Choose a project.
Step 3: Click on the arrow next to the project name and choose Archive Project.
Note: You can unarchive a project if desired. To view completed and archived projects, click on Show Archived Projects in the left-hand menu of the project list.
